When you agree to our Terms of Trade, you authorise us to assess, collect, hold and use your personal information for creditworthiness assessment and related purposes, including obtaining credit reports where appropriate. Online card and Afterpay payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. email delivery, payment processing, cloud hosting) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or to credit reporting agencies as authorised in our Terms of Trade.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with access restricted to authorised staff. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
